I'm pretty sure either JSA or Cendamos already remade the Zelda 1 dungeon for Ocarina of Time. It was a bit hamhanded, but functional. What would be even better would be a re-imagining that doesn't follow the exact 'shape' of the original, and fills it out to suit OOT's engine.
