This cannot be said about the USA, which as yet, has no preorder bundle. Only at EB Games in Australia, all for the cost of 68 AUD. Not sure of the price, but these are limited availability, VERY limited for the seeds. My slingshot is lacking, and I cannot help but remember how many times I needed to stun someone when they walked in on me in my room while I was doing... stuff.
