"Restored" Reed Whistle

I got bored. I knew that the object_gi_grass.zobj was the reed whistle, so I decided to do a model port. But that wasn't good enough. I made an Icon, as well as edited the GI text. Finally, I edited the animation with LACE (Credit to Flotonic and Twili) when Link is playing his Ocarina. Screens Below VVV

UPDATE

The patch for download is a re-made version of this, with the GI model used like spinout said to do it. Have fun!

You don't actually have to do a model port, just overwrite another item with the reed whistle's gi:shader combination, as documented on this page. I believe that the reed whistle was to be it's own item, used only to call Epona. Nevertheless, nice work :)

Thank you, spinout. What I tired first was just overwriting the Ocarina of Time's GI offsets with the Reed Whistle's. But that didn't work. :D

There's probably a pointer somewhere in code to the display list in the object (06xxxxxx), they exist for most (or all) gi objects iirc. You'd need to find and correct it for the object to load. What spinout said would be the best way though.
