Slowing down time in Oot?

Question

Hey all, I've been playing Oot time with High Quality textures, and I really like the way the early morning looks. Problem is, it only lasts like 5 seconds. I know there's a code that stops the time, but I was wondering if any of you hackers may have found something that simply slows time down, by a great degree hopefully.

*Note: To have time slow down to real time would be too much, even a 12 hour day would be too much. I think maybe a 2 hour day would be just about perfect. 15 min for the morning, 45 for the day, 15 for sunset, and 30 min for night, provided that I think it's Summer time in Hyrule during the game.

*Note2: Plus some weather would be nice, I mean really nice. I love it when it rains.

*Note3: Is there a way to get time to slow down and make it rain randomly with perhaps a gameshark code?

Thanks for finding those cheats, but the weather cheat doesn't work and the Time Speed Modifier doesn't slow time town, it only speeds it up.

You can slow down time by setting it to less than 0x0A. The game takes that value and adds it to the current time (basically forwarding time by 10 every time). If you set it to 0x05 for example, you'll slow time by half because it'll take twice as long to add the same amount of time.
